Case of death

If you have lost a loved one, you can cancel all contracts of the deceased here. Please provide a contract number and upload a copy of the death certificate so we can process the cancellation.

The cancellation will take effect on the 1st of the following month, and any existing credit will be paid out. If you have any further questions, we are happy to help.
