1. Police report / SIM card blocking
Please report the theft of your device to the police (online reports are not accepted). Required information: Device name, serial number/IMEI. If it is a mobile phone, you will also need a proof of SIM card blocking.
2. Login to customer portal
Log in to the customer portal with your access data. If you are not yet registered, you can do so quickly and easily. Click here for the Registration.
3. Report theft
In our customer portal, you can easily Report theft for your insured mobile phone in just a few steps under "Claims". You can also access our theft report form via our contract centre. Select the insured device for which you want to report a theft, confirm that the required documents are available and then click on "Report theft". You will receive information by e-mail about the amount of compensation after we have recieved and checked your theft report.
4. New purchase processing with specialist dealer
Please contact your dealer to choose a new device. After submitting the purchase invoice for your new device, the refund can be made either to you or to your dealer. The new device will automatically be transferred to the existing contract.

Auch über das Vertragscenter gelangen Sie in diesen Bereich – mit dem Button "Diebstahl melden" in der Ansicht des jeweiligen Vertrags. Bestätigen Sie, dass Ihr versichertes Gerät, für welches Sie einen Diebstahl melden wollen, vorhanden ist und klicken Sie auf "Diebstahl melden".
